1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a quote request, contact form or payment through this website.

2. Website Information Is General Guidance

We work to keep this website accurate and helpful, but its content is general information only:

• Prices and cost ranges in our guides are ballpark estimates meant to help you plan. They are not a quote or an offer. Your actual price is set only in a written estimate or contract after we measure your property.
• Permit, zoning, HOA and code information summarizes rules as we understand them when we write it. Rules change and vary by property. Always confirm current requirements with your city or county permit office and your HOA before building. This information is not legal advice.
• Property lines are the property owner's responsibility. Nothing on this website is a survey or a determination of where your property line is.
• Photos, styles and colors show examples. Materials, colors and availability can vary.

3. Quotes, Contracts and Services

Sending a form does not create a contract or guarantee an appointment. Any fence work is governed by the written estimate, contract and warranty you receive from Bryant Fence. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

4. Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Bryant Fence, we may text you about your quote, appointments, installation scheduling and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call (865) 433-6218. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. 6. Our Content

The text, photos, graphics, logos, guides and other content on this website belong to Bryant Fence or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our content or our name for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else's contact details
• Send spam, harmful code or automated form submissions

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first. Most concerns can be solved with a phone call. Any dispute about this website that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Anderson County, Tennessee, or by video or phone if both sides agree. Either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Other Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not waived our right to enforce it later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the full agreement about your use of this website.
